Quality & compliance
We control quality from the fabric to the finished goods. We follow written procedures and international inspection standards. There are four inspections. Every one is documented, and none is optional.
Four inspections, stage by stage
A fault in the fabric costs one metre. The same fault in the container costs the whole delivery. Every inspection exists to find problems earlier.
Pre-production
We check the tech pack, hold the pre-production meeting, approve the sample and inspect the fabric. All before cutting starts.
Inline / DUPRO
We check the first pieces, then inspect during cutting, sewing and finishing. A problem on the line is fixed on the line.
Final random (FRI)
We inspect when 80% is packed. We classify every defect and send you a report with photos before we release the shipment.
3rd-party & testing
An independent company you choose can also inspect and test. Both sides get the same report at the same time.
