We work with factories that save water, run on renewable energy, use certified fibre and pass independent audits. Good intentions are not enough; the practice has to be in place on the floor.
We save water and release no waste water at the washing units. 65% of our energy is renewable, using biomass fuel and heat recovery. We use only approved chemicals, and laser and ozone instead of water. We separate waste and test recycling.
We check worker conditions with unannounced audits. We record progress on fair wages, equal treatment, and a way for workers to report problems. We train staff on health and safety, and we invest in the local community.
We can trace materials back to the mill, and to the farm where the fibre allows it. We have a supplier code of conduct we enforce. Our reporting follows OECD and EU rules, so your compliance team can use it directly.
Every certified fibre keeps its certificate at each step: farm or recycler, spinner, mill, factory, carton. This record is what makes a Digital Product Passport possible.
